Rental conditions

TAXES	19 % will be added to the prices indicated in the grid (GST, QST and Taxe on Lodging).
DEPOSIT	A 30% of the total amount is required at time of booking to secure your stay.
IMPORTANT	By paying the deposit, you agree the rental terms and conditions and agree to abide by all the rules outlined below.
BALANCE	The balance is due two weeks prior to the arrival date. You will receive a payment request by email.
CANCELLATION POLICY	If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before your arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. However, if you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, your deposit will become non-refundable. Nevertheless, if we are able to re-rent the chalet for the same dates, we will refund your deposit in full.
PAYMENT	We accept Visa or MasterCard credit card payments. You will receive an electronic invoice that you can pay online.
PHOTO ID	For security reasons, you will need to send us a copy of a photo ID of the credit card holder used to make the reservation by text message to 581 886-3145 or by email to info@residences-boutique.ca. The photo ID has to show the holder’s address.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT	A pre-authorization of $ 1,000 (500 $ for Le Franc Sud) will be required on your credit card on the day of your arrival as a security deposit. If damage is caused, cleaning fees are required, or if rules are not followed, all or part of the security deposit may be retained without notice. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be automatically released 7 days after your arrival. In the case of significant damage, the amount of the security deposit refund will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the damages caused. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover the costs of damages and/or to restore the chalet to the same condition as upon arrival, the tenant agrees to pay the difference upon receipt of the invoice. Additional cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit if the chalet is not left in the same condition as upon arrival, except for washing the bedding. Before leaving the chalet, you must wash any dirty dishes, start the dishwasher, take out the garbage in the appropriate bins outside, and pick up any trash left on the outdoor property during your stay.
SPA (HOT TUB)	The tenant and their guests must abide by the following regulations: It is recommended to take a shower before using a spa (hot tub). If applicable, the spa cover must be replaced after each use for safety and energy-saving reasons. Glass containers and food are not allowed in the spa. The maximum capacity of each spa must be respected to avoid water loss, which would have as a consequence that the skimmer draws air and that the pump and the heating stop. Résidences Boutique inc. cannot be held responsible for accident, injuries or drowning. In case the spa is left in a bad condition due to misuse or failure to comply with the regulations, a fee of $200 for emergency draining will be deducted from the security deposit.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT	You can self-check-in from 5pm (4pm for the Le Franc Sud, Le Mont-Tremblant, and Le Mont-Tremblant 1 cottages) and must vacate the premises by 11am. If you fail to check out on time, a fee of $100 may be deducted from your security deposit. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us 48 hours before your arrival to check availability. If the schedule permits, we will be happy to offer you an early check-in or late check-out at no additional cost.
KEYS	You will receive a digital code via email two days before your arrival.
MISC.	Smoking is not allowed inside the cottages. Pets are not allowed. The maximum number of occupants must be respected. Reservations are not permitted to persons under 25 years old. Events such as weddings are not allowed.
NOISE/CURFEW	To comply with local regulations, a curfew is in effect from 11pm to 7am. We ask that you kindly respect this rule for the well-being of all occupants of the house and neighbors. Please keep the noise level inside and outside the property low during this period. Thank you for your cooperation.
RESERVATIONS	For stays starting on Friday, we allow for two-night stays. However, for arrival dates other than Friday, the minimum length of stay is three nights. Please note that during holiday periods, a minimum stay of five nights is required.
