| RESERVATION PENDING APPROVAL | 
All reservation requests are subject to the approval of the Résidences Boutique team.
- The reservation will be confirmed or canceled within a maximum of 48 hours following receipt of the deposit.
 
- In the event of a booking conflict or if your stay cannot be confirmed, the reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be fully refunded to the credit card used.
 
- A confirmation or cancellation email will be sent within this timeframe.
 
 
 | 
| DEPOSIT AND BALANCE | 
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to guarantee your request.
 
- The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. A payment request will be sent to you by email.
 
- Failure to pay the balance within the required timeframe will result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
 
 
 | 
| CANCELLATION POLICY | 
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund of the deposit (less applicable banking fees).
 
- After this period, the deposit is non-refundable, unless the chalet is rebooked for the same dates. In such case, the refund will be issued within 10 business days.

| PAYMENT | 
- Payments are accepted by Visa and MasterCard.
 
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
 
- You will receive an electronic invoice which can be securely paid online.
 
 
 | 
| IDENTIFICATION | 
For security reasons, the credit card holder must provide a valid photo ID with address by:
- text message to 581-886-3145, or
 
- email to info@residences-boutique.ca
 
 
This information must be submitted no later than 48 hours before arrival.  | 
| SECURITY DEPOSIT (DAMAGE DEPOSIT) | 
- A pre-authorization of $1,000 will be placed on the tenant’s credit card on the day of arrival.
 
- This deposit covers breakage, damages, additional cleaning fees, or violation of house rules.
 
- If all is in order, the pre-authorization will be automatically released within 7 days after departure.
 
- In case of damages exceeding the deposit amount, the tenant agrees to pay the difference upon receipt of the invoice.
 
- Additional cleaning fees may apply (e.g., $200 for emergency spa draining, unwashed dishes, unemptied garbage bins, or chalet left in poor condition).
 
 
 | 
| SPA RULES (HOT TUB) | 
The tenant and their guests must comply with the following rules:
- Shower is required before each use.
 
- The spa cover must be replaced after each use (if applicable).
 
- No glass containers, food, oils, or products are allowed in the spa.
 
- The maximum number of occupants must be respected.
 
- Résidences Boutique inc. cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or drowning.
 
- Any misuse that results in the spa being left in poor condition will incur a $200 emergency draining fee.
 
- In case of abuse, spa access may be suspended for the remainder of the stay without compensation.
 
 
 | 
| CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES | 
Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. for Le Mont-Tremblant).
 Check-out: before 11:00 a.m. 
Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability and will only be confirmed 48 hours before arrival, free of charge.  | 
| ACCESS AND KEYS | 
A personal digital code will be sent to you by email 48 hours before arrival. | 
| OTHER IMPORTANT RULES | 
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet.
 
- Pets are not permitted.
 
- The maximum number of occupants must be respected.
 
- Reservations are not allowed for individuals under the age of 25.
 
- Events (weddings, parties, filming, etc.) are not permitted.
 
- In case of serious infraction, Résidences Boutique inc. reserves the right to evict occupants immediately, without refund.
 
 
 | 
| NOISE AND QUIET HOURS | 
- Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
 
- Please lower noise levels both inside and outside the property during these hours.
 
- In case of a justified complaint, a $250 fee may be charged to the security deposit.
 
 
 | 
| LEGHT OF STAY | 
- For Friday arrivals: minimum stay of 2 nights.
 
- For arrivals on other days: minimum stay of 3 nights.
 
- For holiday periods: minimum stay of 5 nights.
 
 
 | 
| RESPONSABILITY | 
- The tenant is responsible for any damage, accident, or nuisance caused by themselves or their guests.
 
- Résidences Boutique inc. assumes no liability for losses, theft, or accidents occurring during the stay, except in cases of gross negligence on its part.
 
- In the event of force majeure (e.g., major breakdown, government restrictions, natural disasters), Résidences Boutique reserves the right to cancel or postpone the reservation.
